In December 2017 Maxxis extended the title sponsorship of the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship by a further 3 years, after the first Welmeister title on Maxxis tires was also achieved.
These include above all the race-proven tires for the enduro segment such as the Maxxenduro / Pro.
Maxxis belongs to the tire manufacturer CHENG SHIN. Founded in Yuanlin, Taiwan in 1967, today it is one of the top ten tire manufacturers in the world, with approximately 30,000 employees. Tire factories are located next to Taiwan in China, Thailand and Vietnam. Since the 1990s, the brand name Maxxis has been established in the non-Asian market. CHENG SHIN is still known as CST. The Maxxis range of quality tires ranges from 3-inch industrial tires to passenger cars, motorcycle tires, light trucks and 22.5-inch truck tires.
